Come out to recognize Martyrs Day with the New Afrikan Freedom Campaign as we screen the new documentary highlighting the struggles of Political Prisoner, Shaka A. Shakur.
After the screening we will host workshops geared towards supporting Black political prisoners and the Afrikan community.
For Us By Us! We are Our Own Liberators!
This event is only open to the New Afrikan, Black Community.
Refreshments will be provided.
Shaka A. Shakur’s new book, Manifestations of Thought: When the Dragon Comes (Selected Prison Writings) is now available through 1804 Books and can be purchased at the Shaka Shakur Store here (all proceeds go to the Shaka Shakur Freedom Campaign).
